Our story
Started with a ute, a trailer and a lot of Perth sand
Dawson Landscaping started in 2014 doing turf and retic in the northern suburbs. What kept the phone ringing was not clever marketing — it was turning up when we said we would and telling people the truth about what their block needed.
Twelve years on we run two crews and take on everything from a front-garden refresh to a full backyard build with retaining, paving, a deck and planting. We still only run one major build at a time, because splitting a crew across three jobs is how projects drift by a month.
We are licensed, insured and comfortable with the paperwork side — engineering for retaining walls, building approvals for patios, Water Corporation exemptions for new lawns. That is our job, not yours.

Dates we actually keep
You get a start date and a finish date in writing. We run one major build at a time so the crew is not split across three jobs.

Tell us the suburb and roughly what you are after. We answer during business hours and reply to online enquiries within one business day.
Free on-site quote
We walk the block with you, take levels and photos, and talk through what is realistic for the budget. Usually 45 minutes.
Fixed-price plan
A written, line-by-line quote with a start date and a finish date. No provisional sums, no surprise variations.
Build and hand over
One crew, daily clean-up, and a walkthrough at the end with a care sheet and your reticulation schedule.
